OhYeah goes beyond traditional to-do management by providing you with the ability to create pages. With the page feature, you have a flexible block-based system that serves as a canvas to bring your ideas to life and create captivating content.

Creating a page

To create a page:

  1. At the bottom of your sidebar, click + New ListNew Page.
  2. Give your page a name.
  3. Optionally choose a location to put your new page. By default the page will be added to your personal area in the sidebar.
  4. Click Save to create your new page.
  1. On your iPad or iPhone, open OhYeah.
  2. Tap to create a new to-do.
  3. When you’re done creating the new to-do, tap the button in the upper right to dismiss the keyboard.
  4. At the bottom of your screen, tap Repeat.
  5. Set the pattern: to-dos can repeat according to a fixed schedule or after the previous to-do has been completed.
  6. Tap Save.

You can also make an existing to-do repeat. Tap it, and then at the bottom of your screen, tap Repeat.

iPad users with a hardware keyboard can also use a keyboard shortcut.

Try a slash command

The / command will quickly become your best friend in OhYeah.

  1. Typing / brings up a comprehensive menu of block types - all of your content options. Experiment with different block types - you'll find your own personal favorite combinations!
  2. Add any type of block by typing / and scrolling to the one you want or typing its name. For instance, /h1 creates a large heading, and /todo creates a checkbox.

FAQ

Can pages be converted into to-dos?
No. Although the pages and to-do notes use the same block based system there is currently no way to convert a page to a to-do.
Can I add cover images to pages?
Yes. Pages and Lists can have cover images.
